Our Impact
Who we are
Shadow Academy Global (SAG) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2020 by like-hearted partners in order to eradicate youth unemployment in South Africa.
ABOUT
Training and personal development opportunities are essential to our partnership philosophy, which provides continuous support in creating environments and systems where individuals are empowered, transformed, and impacted. As part of the partnership model, we offer long-term support to our partners to enrich their ecosystem, which supports youth empowerment and employment. Our beneficiaries are part of our contribution to environmental and social responsibility.
As our first partner organisation, we partnered with Shadow Careers, a job creation initiative through impact sourcing, to provide purpose-specific short programmes that supported and advanced the organisation's primary objectives.
In our mission to make a lasting difference in as many lives as possible, we have donated furniture to our beneficiaries, RLabs and Shadow Careers.

Our mission at Shadow Academy Global is to support young people going through career development programmes affiliated with our partners in order to create economic independence.
Permanent employment removes barriers to economic independence and allows young people to build a better future for themselves, their families, and communities.
